According to an official announcement as reported by MMA Fighting, the Mickey Gall vs. Alex Oliveira fight has been called off from the card of UFC Norfolk. No reasons have been cited yet by the promotion, and it will not be replaced either. No fight for Mickey Gall Earlier this month, another fight slipped away from Gall at UFC on ESPN 7. He was set to go up against former interim Champ Carlos Condit on December 7 at Capital One Arena in Washinton D....

Andrea Lee was allegedly the victim of an assault by her husband. While the details of the assault are sketchy at best, and her husband, Donny Arron, is innocent until proven guilty, the couple’s roommate, MMA fighter Andy Nguyen, shed some light onto the matter in the police report. In case you didn’t know… The couple had come into the spotlight recently for another unsavoury reason when social media posts of Donny Arron had revealed that he had a Nazi-related Tattoo on his elbow....

However, CM Punk who was on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani yesterday said that he is confident that he will fight in the UFC again. He said that while he believes he will get another shot to fight in “the big leagues” of MMA, the decision is ultimately up to Dana White. He said that he had a conversation with Dana White and said that he would understand if the UFC were to cut him off, but intends to fight anyway, whether it is in UFC or not....

However, according to statements made by UFC President Dana White, Cejudo’s next opponent could very well be Joseph Benavidez. Cejudo talks about a possible fight with Benavidez Henry Cejudo, who is still out of the Octagon owing to the injury he sustained in his Bantamweight title-winning fight against Marlon Moraes at UFC 238 back in June, said that he has not been presented with the option of fighting Benavidez. However, if and when he is spoken to about the fight, Cejudo said he would be treating his opponent fairly....

While in conversation with Denis Shkuratov and Kacper Rosolowski of Submission Radio, Mendez asserted that the fight appealed to him greatly. However, he further admitted that he was not aware of such a contest being in the works. Khabib and ‘GSP’ are popularly regarded as GOATs in the MMA community. A fight between them is something that fans have long yearned for. While an MMA contest between the two seems unlikely, Mendez revealed that Khabib is more than willing to grapple with anyone....

Khabib’s team is currently in negotiations with the UFC, with Khabib wanting the fight to be in Russia. He even stated that he’s “80% sure” that they will fight in Russia and he gave St. Petersburg and Moscow as possible host cities. There probably isn’t an issue with negotiation on Ferguson’s end but as of now, the UFC will be looking to make the long-anticipated Lightweight title bout for the fifth time....
